The JSP Group is working on sustainability management to realize our corporate philosophy, “Creatively and Actively Contribute to the Society.”

The medium-term business plan “Change for Growth 2026”, which started in April 2024, sets out three basic concepts. One of them is to “contribute to society by supplying foamed plastic products.” We hope to contribute to the creation of a society for the future generations through our foamed plastic products. We are promoting the development of technologies that can reduce environmental impact to realize a sustainable society. This goes beyond the mere pursuit of economic profit and lies at the center of our corporate activities as a contribution to the environment and the society.
In addition, from the perspective of strengthening human capital management, we have added “workforce diversity” to the materiality. Creating a work environment where all employees, regardless of age, gender or nationality, can work with excitement and play an active role is a source of creative energy. We believe that such a working environment will lead to delivering excitement and satisfaction to our stakeholders and build trust in the JSP Group. Furthermore, we have newly set GHG emission reduction targets for the JSP Group as a whole, replacing the previously implemented GHG emission reduction target for JSP on a non-consolidated basis. We will accelerate our activities to achieve carbon neutrality through the united efforts of the entire Group.
Finally, we will continue to further promote sustainability management and grow as a company that contributes to local communities and the world.
