The JSP Group's products and technologies have played an important role in supporting people's lives and industries in a variety of fields, although they are rarely seen directly in daily life. Foam products are playing an increasingly important role in solving issues such as global warming and food shortages, as well as other problems caused by environmental changes, as represented by the SDGs adopted by the United Nations in 2015.

In the medium-term business plan, "Change for Growth," which started in April 2021, the JSP Group has set two basic concepts: "Expand the value we provide not only to economic value but also to social value, such as solutions to customer and social issues," and "Fortify the management base.”
Under the circumstances of geopolitical changes, accelerated responses to the SDGs, and fundamental changes in social structure, we have been determined to address social issues such as the realization of a recycling-based economy and to gain the understanding, trust, and empathy of our stakeholders as a necessary part of society through our products and activities.

With a corporate philosophy, " Creatively and Actively Contribute to Society”, the JSP Group's sustainability management is based on a strong awareness of corporate responsibility in the areas of the environment, society and corporate governance and on the sustainable enhancement of corporate value.　We have identified materiality related to the creation of shared value through our business, products, and technologies and materiality related to the environment, society and corporate governance, which we will address as important issues.
