STYRENEPAPER is a foamed polystyrene sheet which is made by mixing a blowing agent into polystyrene resin and heating and extruding it to generate bubbles. JSP was the first in the world to develop this technology using its superior foaming technology. STYRENEPAPER, which is shipped in a rolled form and the sheets, is then molded and processed into food containers such as trays, lunchbox containers and noodle cups. In addition to food containers they are used in trays for industrial parts and in the agricultural field.
It is widely used as food packaging materials because of their ability to softly wrap products and protect them from temperature, humidity, and impact, as well as its excellent printability and processability.
MIRABOARD for folding boxes is a foamed polystyrene board developed by JSP's proprietary technology. It is a board with a wood-grain texture and color pattern that is mainly used in the food industry, such as folding boxes.
This material is designed for flexible processing performance as a folding box and for safety and hygiene as a food container. Various colors and patterns are available to beautifully complement food products.
It is used in a variety of food fields such as lunch boxes, folded packages and to-go containers because of its good cutting and welding processability and hygiene.
