• This inquiry form is our Internal Whistleblower Desk regarding the following contents related to JSP Group's business activities.
  ・Actions that violate or may violate laws and regulations.
  ・Discrimination, harassment, and privacy infringement related to respect for human rights.
• The information entered will be confirmed by contact person and the Chairman of the Risk and Compliance Committee of JSP Corporation, and if necessary, the person in charge of duties related to internal whistleblowing, such as Investigator.
• Reports for purposes other than whistleblowing, or improper purposes are not covered. Examples are as follows ;
  ・False statement
  ・Content intended to defame or slander
  ・Advertisement or Sales
  ・Questionnaire survey
  
• When making a report, it is not necessary to enter your name, address, phone number, email address, etc., but if you do not enter the contact information, we will not be able to contact you regarding the progress or results. Please be aware in advance.
• In addition to the Internal Whistleblowing Desk, a legal office is available for consultation as an External Whistleblowing Desk. Their contact information is as follows ;

• When receiving the report, the contact person will reply within 20 days.
• The content of the response from the Company is provided to the informant for the purpose of grasping the status and results regarding the content of the report. Please do not divert or make secondary use of the content, even if only a portion of it.
